Piercing Perfections

Clients will be granted a 15 minute grace period after the start of their scheduled appointment time for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, it will be cancelled and become subject to our cancellation fee. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge for up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start of the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of their booked service.
